Where we ship
We ship to the countries available at checkout. If your country is not listed, get in touch at contact@vaultedmarketplace.com.

- International (UK, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, UAE, Israel): €29.00
The rate that applies to your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery
In-stock orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours after payment is confirmed. Pre-order items ship as soon as we receive them after their official release date. Unless another date is shown at checkout, your order is delivered no later than 30 days after purchase.
Tracking
You receive an email when your order ships, including the tracking number when one is available for your shipment.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes charged by the destination country. These are payable by the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and photos of the parcel and items if damaged). We will investigate and replace or refund as set out in our Terms & conditions.

Tarifs : France Standard gratuit · France Express 10,99 € · Union européenne 22,00 € · International 29,00 € (Royaume-Uni, Suisse, Norvège, États-Unis, Canada, Japon, Corée du Sud, Australie, Nouvelle-Zélande, Singapour, Hong Kong, Malaisie, Émirats arabes unis, Israël). Le tarif applicable est toujours affiché avant le paiement.
Délais : les produits en stock sont expédiés sous 24 à 48 heures ouvrées après confirmation du paiement ; les précommandes dès réception après la sortie officielle. Sauf autre date indiquée lors de la commande, la livraison intervient au plus tard 30 jours après l'achat.
Suivi : un e-mail d'expédition vous est envoyé avec le numéro de suivi lorsqu'il est disponible.
Douanes : hors Union européenne, d'éventuels droits et taxes d'importation sont à la charge du client.
Colis perdu ou endommagé : contactez-nous à contact@vaultedmarketplace.com avec votre numéro de commande (et des photos en cas de dommage) ; nous remplaçons ou remboursons selon nos CGV.
